I was 8 mins late. My appointment was 3 -3:15. My daughter also had an appointment with me. We showed up 8 minutes late i admit but they said we had to reschedule bc the client behind us took our spot. If they took our we could have taken theirs. The tech said no she didn't want to do it. In my opinion that was unprofessional. Our 2 social media could have drove more business 2 this company. The other person took our spot but we couldn't take theirs. I felt offended and unwelcome. I requested my money back and still have not heard a word. I would never go back nor recommend. I take accountability

I am very disappointed with service .In beginning it was good everything was going good until today . I bought the offer through Groupon for medium package but I used it for small area so they told me they will give me 6 session and 3 touch up so total 9 session !! Today was my 1st touch up out of 3 touch up which I went there I got my session and when I asked for next appointment and how many left they discussed and and told me I have to pay for this session which I was surprise I told the front lady at desk that this is my touch up session I was told 9 session .she refused and said that they

I love this place. They were able to work me in to get 3 treatments before my wedding. I still have 2 to go. They also have groupon deals and specials that they send to their client list that make it a lot more affordable. Oh, and the office waiting area is adorable. I will come back and post a pic once the treatments are over. Just fyi, I am doing brown spot, microderm and chemical peels.

I'm in the middle about this place now. I didn't them through Groupon. Which is fine, but a loved going there at first, they sent reminder texts and emails before you appointment. I travel alot for my job and find the reminders useful. I called because since I've been traveling for my job a lot currently I called just to see when my next appointment was and the female on the phone was rude and said you had an appointment the 2nd and you didn't show up which wasn't the nicest thing to say as a front desk associate but also I did not get a reminder email when or a reminder call and I asked do they

Originally found this place through Groupon. They have excellent pricing compared to all the other places I researched. I’ve been seeing Cathy for three or four laser hair removal sessions and the results have been incredible- only a little bit of thin fine hair remains. Cathy has always gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable and understand the procedure- and I’m in and out of there in about 10 minutes each time. It is a slightly painful process but the pain lasts seconds and it’s so worth not having to worry about razor bumps and irritation.
