Be careful! Their response to reviews shows they will dox you, if you disagree with them.
The shop was founded by an MBA with expertise in marketing. If you are serious about ecological remodeling, consider doing lots & lots of research before giving them money.
They are expensive and I have personally received more accurate information about the environmental impact of products from staff at Truitt & White, The Wooden Duck and even Home Depot than from staff at Ecohome.

Over-priced and not extremely helpful in the design process. I paid a $1000 deposit to have my kitchen remodel process started and they came out to measure, but "forgot" to bring any samples. Their measurements were exactly the same dimensions that I had brought in on day 1 to their store, so I basically paid them to do work that I already had done. When I asked the owner for the deposit back, she said it was too late, and they basically just pocketed the money and would not refund me. I was six months pregnant at the time and had 1 year old, so this was all very stressful for me and they basically
