Services
Forbes Property Management Services was established in 1975 in North Conway, New Hampshire. Two brothers, Dick and Bill Forbes, had relocated to the area after graduating from college with degrees in marketing and management from the University of Maine. They knew they would like to own their own business and something with ties to horticulture seemed like a good fit.
Forbes Property Maintenance Services provides almost everything that a property owner could want to take care of their yard. In warm seasons, we provide mowing and trimming, pruning, fertilization, liming, spring and fall cleanups, the sweeping & removal of sand, mulching, and weeding. We often provide specialized services such as dock installation and removal for waterfront properties.
At Forbes Property Management Services, we also provide full landscaping services, including lawn installation, loaming, sodding, seeding, and repair. We install hardscapes such as brick and paver walks, patios, and retaining walls. We can also install granite features such as steps and posts.
Our landscaping services also include planting trees and shrubs, creating pondless waterfalls, site work and light excavation, and material trucking and hauling of debris.In addition to our services, we also sell supplies for all of your landscaping needs, including bark mulch, stone, compost, and loam.

Forbes Property Management Services also has an irrigation division. We provide reliable, responsive landscape irrigation services for residential and commercial properties. Our well-trained technicians can take care of any irrigation needs, from repairs to complete design and installation, for both drip and standard spray irrigation systems.
Since 1994, Bill Forbes has managed the dog containment part of the business because of his love for dogs. In 2006, we became an authorized Invisible Fence Brand dealer. As part of that, we install both indoor and outdoor containment systems as well as providing service to existing systems. We also assist in the training of dogs and cats for behavioral issues.
