Phil is a very rude and unprofessional individual. I believe he was actually discriminatory towards us due to age as well as trying to extract more money to sweeten the deal for the home owner even though we had all the legal paperwork necessary to verify our finances. He took an unnecessary long time to get back to us, a month, and then took too long to process the paperwork only to come back with unreasonable requests as well as insults to our business despite the fact that he himself has a similar protocol in his own business. we are very dissatisfied with his lack of professionalism.

Tried to rent the "In the Pines" property from this guy. He tried to add fees for not starting/ending my 7-night stay on a Saturday, as well as claiming my 7-night stay broke up 3 full weeks of rentals (if you're thinking this is impossible, you're correct). These fees were not in any listing and not in his published terms of service. When I called him out on this and offered to add an 8th night instead, he refused to work with me and accused me of insulting him. His right to do so, but the property owner suffers, as this is a property with <50% occupancy in peak months.
