Dr. Gabriel Martin del Campo has been designated by the FAA as an Aviation Medical Examiner, or AME. He can perform Class II and III Medical Exams and issue the FAA Medical Certificate on the same day of your examination. Dr. Gabriel Martin del Campo is available in our Colton and Temecula offices to perform physicals for pilots in need of Class II and III Medical Certificates.
Individuals interested in participating in a scholastic/professional sports team are required to undergo a pre-participation physical examination, also known as a General Sports Physical. A sports physical is conducted to determine if an individual is medically cleared to participate in any particular sport or school activity.
HEALTHPOINTE has a licensed US Civil Surgeon who has been authorized by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services to conduct Immigration Physicals and Immigration Exams for the Department of Homeland Security. The US Government requires specific vaccinations according to your age. Additional services may be required.

This is the most unprofessional, poorly run clinic I have encountered in almost 10 years of seeing pain management Drs. From the DR on down it is unbelievable how bad this place is. Everything from losing prescriptions to having to wait in a telemedicine room for an hour & then calling to find out that someone had put me down for an in office visit. Also it is NOT telemedicine when u still have to drive to the office to pick up ur prescriptions. And if my last pain management dr could call in controlled substances there’s no reason that Alupay cannot do the same. Rude rude office staff as well

Thanks to all the helpful front staff, back staff, therapist Ursula, manager Marco, Patty, and Dr. Chappell. Even my injuries yet to recover, their helps take my tears. After I Had been sitting in the lobby for 30 min I ask how much longer was it going to take and they told me I was next, waited for an extra 30 min and asked again and they told me there was 2 people ahead of me, that the doctor was finishing up with one patient and it was going to take about an hour for him to see me. At that point they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was upset because all the time wasted. The girls in the front desk were polite but I don’t understand why management would over book the doctor and make patients wait too long.

I had to go in for my pre-op the ladies that help me was Patty and Gabby, they were such a great help and very courteous. I really enjoyed having them help me to get ready for my surgery, I just want to give a praise report because they're awesome!!! and people need to know that they do have nice people in this facility. I had a Drs appointment on 9-3-21. It was pretty busy so I knew I was going to be seen later on but the girls deserve more respect , and be patient with them. I want to say that Thalia , one of the receptionist she was very helpful and courteous. She always helps people regardless if she's busy or not always takes the time to hear you out and help . Every time I m there , Thalia is nice and helpful. She is a great asset to this place and need to be recognized, you can tell that she is going to be a great leader and probably on her way there. If you have any issues, I recommend you ask for

Won't take an appointment for pre employment. They said the most you have to wait is 20 mins. Waited for over an hour before I was called in. Waste of time and possible exposure. They should be taking appointment to facilitate the process otherwise you just subject yourself to be expose to this unknown virus.

4 HOURS...i can't believe that this place hasn't fixed their issue with scheduling ppl that work with the time doctors really get here... if a doctor doesn't get to the office till 10 ... then why the heck are there appointments starting at 8 for a doctor that is not there to see patients... this is insane... I've been coming here for a while now. At first I wasn't pleased with my treatment but then I switched to active therapy with Jeff and wow! The exercises are helping me and with Caesar's help I can tell I'm getting better. Caesar does amazing massages and it really relaxes my lower back injury. He's always very professional and I always ask for him.

My opinion... get a lawyer. Your just a number to these doctors and NONE OF THEM CARE ABOUT YOU. I was treated horrible and a Doctor at this site sent me back to work with a FRACTURE and I'm PERMANENTLY DAMAGE FOR LIFE.....if your employer sends you here due to you getting hurt at work, call 1-800- the law2... you must get RECORD OF YOUR INJURY IMMEDIATELY . File a NO RECORD report within 1 day of your injury or tell your manager immediately and go to the ER WITH YOUR MANAGER THAT DAY.... contact a lawyer immediately because places like this is going to downplay your injury.... UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING. My wife hurt her eye at work and both doctors they had didn't give her pain relievers for her eyes. They treated her and I like we were your typical druggies coming in to get a quick fix when my wife clearly had a serious injury to her eye. They told her "It was dangerous to take pain meds so we can't give you anything but you can come back to so we can give you pain meds." It didn't make sense. It was like they were making excuses to not help her. The 2nd doctor when he was looking at my wife's eye she yelled in pain and he got mad at

From the time I've been going to healthpoint, everyone has been so friendly, and helpful, one particular person is Isabel,several times she went out of her way to help me with the elevator, someone would push the fire alarm button, and lock the elevator up! So she would go, and get the keys, to reset the elevator, so i could go to the second level to attend my physical therapy. I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me!! Came for health, drug and physical test. Was helped by Hadi (cute smile and friendly disposition... wonder if he's available lol... ). He made me feel at ease and was very accommodating and patient :) Great potential to be a doctor :) Thanks Hadi!! Pls try Indo food and have a great vacay!!
