These guys are great. The install was a lesson in a full assault of smart people working fast, the military should take a lesson from them. For our 1st maintenance, the service guy Rod took longer to just maintain the heater than anyone in 15 years, and corrected a minor issue without even having to think about it. Perfect. (Btw, this is NOT a paid review!)

Todd Elliott did an amazing job! He gave my family an extremely affordable rate. A rate we could not get anywhere else! My family and I were filled with so much joy! Jake, Ken, and Dave did an excellent job. They didn’t leave nothing behind and even cleaned the basement floor. Very nice respectful guys. My house feels warmer now. They provided reasonable price too. My husband and I are very happy with our new boiler and the great job these guys did. I would recommend Quality Degree to everyone for their service.

Its unfortunate there are businesses that treat potential customers so poorly. Looking to get our heat pump repaired, all they did was push getting a complete new system. Found someone else who was honest, and did it for a reasonable, competitive price. Not the way I want to be treated! You've been warned!

Quality Degree is affiliated with Costco's HVAC services. They offer Lennox brand systems which is a top tier brand. They sent out a sales person explaining their company's history and they offered an estimate for replacing my entire HVAC during their visit right there and then! Their prices are competitive with other quotes I have received.
The installation team included 2 techs and they were very helpful in answering all my questions and requests. Profession and tidy and I highly recommend their services.

Beware! They totally ripped us off! They told us we needed parts replaced on our heater that were very expensive and would take extensive time and labor to replace. They were only here for 20 minutes and after they left we looked up the parts on line and they only cost a few dollars! They charged us over $600. There should be a law against this kind of behavior! We will never use them again.

I had QDI do a tune up on my oil furnace last year. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with experience. I would say it was a 2.5 star experience.
The weather was pretty warm last year, so I didn't even think about getting a tune up until early November (my fault for waiting a while.) After I made the appointment I got an email confirming my appointment and telling me the name of the technician that was going to visit. I always appreciate this kind of thing.

We have dealt with QDI twice since we moved in to our new home last month. In both cases, workers were prompt and professional and explained our options clearly. The second time was this morning when we thought our heat wasn't working properly (turns out we just didn't understand how it worked...). We called and someone was at our house within fifteen minutes. He not only diagnosed the (lack of) problem but also walked us through the whole system and how to get it to work more effectively for us. We look forward to continuing work with them moving forward!
