Superior has provided Southeastern Pennsylvania homes with friendly, reliable, professional heating oil delivery and furnace and boiler installation and repair for seven decades. In 2008, Stephen Koons purchased the company.
We are now a full service energy company offering propane, heating oil, as well as heating and cooling installations and service. We currently service 1,000 families with Propane and 3,000 families with heating oil. We provide expert service with a personal touch.

Services
A As a clean, versatile energy source, propane is frequently used for space heating, water heating, cooking, fireplaces, and clothes drying. In outdoor spaces, propane is a widely used energy source for outdoor grills, lighting, and heating for pools and spas. When electric power goes out, propane is often the energy that powers standby generators.
X-Press Energy is expanding our propane forklift options. We are equipped to exchange, fill cylinders on site and provide a propane dispenser when applicable. Our service technicians are trained, certified and tested according to the standards set by the National Propane Association. A total tune-up will be performed once for the duration of the Service Agreement during regular business hours, as scheduled by our office. Emergency Service, 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. This service includes a yearly cleaning and parts/labor coverage on all included listed items below.
The replacement or repair of the following parts: This contract does not cover: Commercial units beyond the normal residential size, plumbing or pipe work, e.g.Service agreements are valid on an annual basis. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule a maintenance appointment. In the event that this is not performed prior to the contract termination date, there is no pro-rating or extension of the contract.

Had an extra tank from the previous owner of my house out back. Asked if they could come and remove my small tank and move the big tank and hook it up so I could use that. They removed the small one, shifted the big tank over and hooked it up, looks brand new. Fast efficient and no issues, am very happy with the service.

We got a new furnace and AC unit installed, while converting the furnace from oil to propane. We worked with Pete, Niko, and Christen throughout the process, and they were fantastic - professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions to make sure that we fully understood our options, and they were happy to thoroughly answer everything. It was clear that it was important to them to provide the best system and setup for our needs - they listened and took into account our usage, and we never felt that they were trying to upsell us. If I could give zero stars I would. I was a long time customer. Then they found a tiny leak in the oil tank and sent someone out to give me a quote to replace. Then radio silence. They totally left me hanging. I am tired of having to chase them for my business. Don't deal with these people. They don't care about their customers and will leave you hanging too when you need them

I've been using Xpress Energy for at least 10yrs even when they were Superior. Always a pleasant experience but this time was even better. We had an emergency and the AC went out on us inside and outside had to be replaced. My techs Christian and Cornell went above and beyond while keeping my house clean and getting the AC working in two days!!

Outstanding. Next day service for a poorly running AC system on the hottest week of July. John was was friendly, courteous, and above all super competent. Friendly, Responsive, and Competitive . . . exactly what is needed in an energy supplier. When I was left hanging by a bargain supplier they step up with quick service and didn't charge a premium. The sales and customer service are friendly and responsive. The delivery and service team is knowledgable and reliable. Definite thumbs up!
