As a forensic bookkeeper I have to be very careful as to who touches my computers. My computer guy is in NYC. Since moving here 8 years ago I have not found anyone that gave me the trust factor I needed to surrender my sensitive information to.
Then my very expensive laptop lost it's mind. Kept asking "do you want to reset and lose everything".
I called A+ and spoke to James. He told me not to worry and bring it in, that was at 2pm. I prayed all the way there.
He reviewed the crazy laptop immediately and told me what he thought the problem was but I would need to leave it for him to do the analysis

I cannot thank JAMES from A Plus Computer enough. My computer had a critical moisture damage. I had extremely important and sensitive files on the lap top that I feared were permanently gone. James gave us the sad news that the computer was not able to be repaired, however, he was able to save my hard drive and backed up all files and data needed. I cannot express how grateful I am to this local small business that continuously provides an invaluable service to our town.

I simply love the work that Mr. Tommy does. I had my daughters laptop screen repaired at A+. 2 years later its still in good condition. I also took my laptop. To be repaired. After a careful assessment, Tommy and his team recommended that I should not repair my laptop as it was not financially beneficial for me. The hard drive was inoperable. I appreciated their honesty. Any other place would of charged me money and try to sell me some equipment for their monetary gain.

I took in a laptop because it was slow. The repair guy told me that it needs a new hard drive,which I agreed to. I also was charged fir atad recovery. We had to return as most of the data disappeared. The second time around the job was done. Instead of the shop apologizing to us about the inconvenience, they wanted to charge me an additional data recovery charge. When I tried to explain the double charge the owner got rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional, I will never use them again.

Excellent service. One of those issues came up that went beyond my ability to reasonably fix things. A+ was amazing. They made every effort to fix what was quickly discovered to be a huge issue. We discussed a course of action and a couple days later I couldn't be happier. They were very interactive and completely focused on finding the right solutions. I will definitely be back there and highly recommend their service for those in the area. Oh, invest in a UPS up here and don't get lazy about changing the battery...
