I was having issues with my desktop and at one point it would not boot at all. I came across AJ's computer repair through a Google search and I'm glad I did. As an attorney, my computer is necessary for everything I do - court filings, drafting documents, and storing documents securely. My computer must function efficiently 24/7. AJ is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and has been available at ANY time -- including weekends and after business hours. Each time AJ worked until every problem was fixed (e.g., preventing my computer from crashing, upgrading the wifi, recommending and updating the software and security, addressing suspicious emails, etc.). Called AJ to repair my PC that died during a power outage. Very helpful and effective. Explained what he was doing and I never felt under pressure to do get more done than what I needed. I found AJ via a google search since I am new to this area. I decided to call him and explain my issue. He requested a text picture of my laptop and new exactly what the issue was and what I had to do. We ordered a part for my laptop.
