Yard service is good. Their online presence I rate as one star. Google's Chrome web browser doesn't even display their website's homepage; all I get is a solid white background. At present, the web portal they use for online payment is incompatible with mainstream web browsers like Firefox and Chrome, making online payment impossible with these browsers.

I called to get an estimate on lawn care and they responded fairly quickly. I responded to the email with a few follow up questions and didn't hear back in 24+ hours so I emailed again with no response and finally after my 3rd email they responded to my email but didn't even respond to one of my questions I had asked. Found service elsewhere.

Return calls. Stop trespassing and destroying other people's yards. Your team butchered my milkweed plants I have been growing for 2 years. I told them to get off my property. I have left 4 voice mails on your system. No one calls back. I have sent you IMs and no response. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.
