I had three shrubs die from this company and was told they’d be replaced. It never happened. I have tried calling numerous times and e mailing, nobody ever responds. I am so disappointed . I really thought the owner seemed like a nice guy but the customer service has been abysmal. Do not waste your money because you will be disappointed.

After not finishing the job they agreed to, it's been impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's been a month since they dug a huge hole in the property! When I FINALLY, after calling 5 times, got someone, he just talked over me and then hung up on me. Terrible Service.

I have used Slater Lawn Service for the past two years for lawn mowing. They are all about quantity over quality. Their mowers speed across the yard taking tight turns and tear up large parts of the yard, both on flat and sloped areas. They even mowed an hour after it had rained for several hours and tore up a hill. I have made numerous complaints and they apologize and send someone out to "fix" it - meaning they put down seed. They would blow the grass trimmings into the flower beds and mulch areas, leave the patio and porch covered in grass, and would have to send someone back out after

We consulted Salter about installing a flagstone patio in late summer of 2018. Salter recommended fabricated pavers called Rosetta Stone rather than flagstone. The fabricated pavers were a more expensive option, but we were told that it would give us the best result. We paid them thousands of dollars to install the patio and in just over a year, the finish on the pavers was degrading and revealing the raw concrete. I work for Stacy at salter lawnservice llc one of the worst company to work for and he never paid me for two snow removal job I have been in the industry since 2005 and worst company I have ever been employed by also I have for daughters and he let his employees mess around with personal life over some thing that never happened

These guys were great! My wife and I hired a crew to remove a few stumps and drop a couple of dead trees in our back yard. The entire experience was handled professionally, the crew was SUPER respectful and pleasant to deal with, and the price was way more than fair as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a future project and I will be happy to recommend them if someone ever asks.

Just had a second story deck built by them. My old one was smashed by a tree during a storm and they started work only one week after the insurance approval. The quality of work far surpassed my expectations! I am also a local small business owner ( On Broadway Pet Styling ) and they were very considerate of the fact that not only did I have to… live my life around the tear down and construction, but also run my business at the same time.
