Scott has been SO helpful over the last 2 1/2 years with my divorce/child custody case. He always kept me updated and informed with what was going on - even if there was no update he would call me just to let me know. He is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly personable. If I could give more than five stars I would .. I can’t recommend him enough!

I have filed for divorce, I was very clear on my situation to Scott Hahn, he told me his fee and i paid him full price, after that i was the one who was calling him on the progress of the case, my wife had her lawyer also, after her side told us what they want, Scott said to me that my case is difficult and demand more money, " you better give me more money if you want your case to proceed" its been 6 months now, not even 1 phone call from his side, Do NOT Hire him.. he cares more about money then your problem.

It really makes me sad to read some of these reviews. The stories are extremely similar and it just shows how cookie cutter the law system and the effort of these third rate attorneys really is. I can really feel for some of the people who are posting reviews because I too have endured it. I was going through a custody visitation a while back and I was in need of an attorney because the mother was threatening to withhold visitation from me because she had moved in with a new guy and I told her I did not want her leaving my kid with this guy she just recently met while she was 45 min away for work

A total disappointment! A total waste of time and money! My son and I literally paid him to help the other person !!y son is only 22 y/o and has dine everything to be in his sons life! He has gone above and beyond! Scott promised he would get his name on birth certificate , get an 80 day court order for visitation ( because, my son will visit his son anytime and any day) lower his child support since it’s costing himmmore for no visitation! He can’t visit him because the mother will not let him so my son has to pay more! He is paying 350 a month on an 8.00 an hour salary working part time while

I was referred to Scott by the Knoxville Bar Association, in connection with an uncontested "amicable" divorce initiated by my ex-spouse. I needed both advice on the divorce process in local courts, review of the property settlement and permanent parenting plan that was being negotiated, and not least, a complete revision of all of my estate planning documents. Scott engaged quickly, efficiently, and at very reasonable cost. He asks questions that get right to the points, addresses them, and eliminates unnecessary time and trouble. I used Scott in my divorce and custody case. During my consultation he reassured me that everything was going to go well and acted as if the entire situation was no big deal. After I paid my retainer that changed. It took me 14 months to get an agreed upon divorce and custody agreement. During a meeting with my ex and her attorney he actually said I was lucky to get what I'm getting which was joint custody. He was rude, dismissive and condescending whenever we talked. Bottom line, I would never hire him for anything ever again nor would I recommend him.
