David Eldridge was educated at the University of Tennessee, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1982. He graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law, cum laude, in 1986. While there, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of its law review publication. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Walden joined Eldridge & Blakney, P.C., in 2016 after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Walden primarily practices criminal defense and civil litigation. While in law school, he served as an officer in numerous groups including the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, the Christian Legal Society, the Criminal Law Society, and as a Law School Ambassador.

Blakney has helped me with several cases. Criminal and family law. In my honest opinion you will never find another lawyer as great as Tasha. She truly looks out for her clients. She treats you like family, everyone in her office was always there to help. Hands down she’s the lawyer you need to retain. Mr. Eldridge and his team provided life changing advice, counsel and guidance. I had a very technical case involving nuclear power theory and associated systems.
