My husband and I had appointments yesterday and we were very impressed with the professionalism and care of the entire staff. Dr. Turner went out of her way to answer all of our questions, and the woman who helped me pick out new frames was exceedingly patient with my indecisiveness. The office was good humored but clear about all of the extra COVID protocols. Kudos!

Dr. Turner is wonderful. Kind, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her team is professional and warm too. I can honestly say I've never had such a positive experience in an optometrist's office (not that I've had bad ones, they've just been transactional and neutral). But here, the whole team knows how to treat people like people. It's so refreshing! The selection of frames is great and the process of choosing them was fun. I didn't feel rushed and it was nice to have someone to consult in the selection process. Never going to a place like Costco or Lenscrafters again

I have been going to this practice for 15 years. Back before turner took over dr wards patients and without notice they no longer accept medi-cal patients. This being one of the only private practices that ever did and dr ward prided himself on helping all populations of the community. They say they are just not contracted anymore but it was totally the drs choice to not renew that contract. And the office staff has gotten rude over the past two years. So I would not support this business since they are only interstate in providing care to affluent people in the community. I sure do miss dr ward

I really like Dr. Turner's practice. Staff are very accomodating, follow thru excellent and efficient. Well organized office practice and staff.
Dr. Turner is thorough and answers all my questions and concerns. She also shows what my vision is with current prescription and what it would be with a new prescription. So an informed decision can be made whether new lenses are warrented.
I would without hesitation recommend Dr. Turner.

Everything that you would want from an optometrist. The doctor and staff are friendly and my eye exam was quick and very professional. While I did not have any significant issues, the doctor was able to answer my questions confidently. The office has a good selection of frames and the glasses I ordered arrived quickly.

Had my first appointment today. I was a little nervous coming in. This being my first optical exam ever! (Sad..I know!) But I have to say, the entire office were so personable and very knowledgeable. Dr. Turner was amazing and made the experience enjoyable! I can't wait to finally see! I already have recommended Dr.Turner to many friends and family. Thank you to the entire team there!

Not sure i am going to use them any more.made an appointment told them to use cell phone number no call was received missed an appointment i had set up weeks beforehand no apology, no can we reschedule this, no nothing i guess i should have went to jc Penny's... ugh!

My daughter has been seeing Dr Turner for years, and my youngest daughter just started going there. They weren't accepting new patients when I first tried scheduling her but they got her in within a month or so to keep sibling patients together. So grateful to this amazing staff! All so very kind and they go above and beyond to provide excellent care. Highly recommended!!!!!

I came out of the office confident that I had a good, thorough eye exam. The process was professional, cordial and welcoming. The office is modern, clean and set up to take advantage of technology but at the same time respect the patient.
I have very good far vision but I need help close up. Dr. Turner listened to me as we discussed whether I wanted to just have readers or, for convenience, glasses that I could wear as much as I wanted, meaning progressives. The part I can get annoyed with -- the offer to select glasses -- was no pressure and no one really pushed me.

Dr. Turner and the ladies in the office are incredible! Helpful, friendly, and kind. They helped my young son get fitted for glasses (which he'll have to wear all the time). His heart was crushed at the news but by the time the ladies finished with him he walked out the door EXCITED for his glasses to arrive! The office is welcoming, comfortable, and smells really great too! Thank you for the amazing service. We feel so blessed to have found you all!

Dr. Turner is awesome! She is friendly, thorough and professional. Really took the time to investigate my eye problem and came up with a great treatment plan, even taking extra time to choose a prescription that wouldn't kill my budget! The whole staff is very nice and I did not have to wait. I've found my new eye doctor!
