Dr. Jeff Cooper is a graduate of the University of Florida and Pacific University College of Optometry. He has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a member of The American Optometric Association, is a Past President and member of the Kiwanis Club of Redding and is involved in Sight for Students VSP.
