Pretty disappointed, waste of time, can't do designs. Upon arrival I let them know I was interested in getting designs done, which is why I chose this salon, based on photos posted. They even had samples of designs on display. I showed them pictures to give them ideas and was told they'd be able to accommodate by a male worker. After waiting for TWO hours a female employee told me no we can't do that. I asked, any of it? She said, "no." Even though some of the pictures matched what they had on display. If you're looking for designs don't bother coming here.

Iv never had to do any reviews but I am really upset had the worst experience every I get there 20mins before my appointment and wasn't called till 40mins later when 2 others had the same time appointment as me they where called on time and they where last to leave because there person took time to do there job and this guy didn't even know how to apply the right amount of acrylic power all I'm saying is make sure your team knows what they are doing because this can affect your company. Never again will I step a foot in that place!!!!!

Just got a pedicure and manicure done today and it was a disappointment. I usually don't give bad reviews but the service was not a good at all. I walked out of there with rough nails. The edges of my nails were not filed or cut. They did not clean the under side of my nails or my husband's. And on top of that, I was charged extra to get my calluses removed it was not included in the already expensive pedicure. I will not be returning.

This was the most rushed pedicure I have ever had. The guy did not cut all my cuticles. He did not do the foot scrub. He did my callus remover poorly, which I paid extra for. He did not find tune my nails at all. I had polish all over my pinky toes. Definitely not worth 42 dollars. I just left five minutes ago since writing this. I kept asking and felt ignored. I will NOT be returning to this place. Plus they only except cash.

A day after I got gel nail polish I started noticing bubbles in the polish, so I went back in to get them fixed. And then after I got them fixed, 2 days later, one of my nails cracked. I went to another salon to change the polish, and I'm glad I did.
I wasn't happy with the way TM Nails reused the filers and clippers between clients. The salon didn't seem very clean or use infection control measures.

I am obsessed with this place! Hannah and Troy are so professional and kind. Hannah gives the most amazing pedicures- with massage to die for. The atmosphere is so peaceful and clean! Troy's nails are so artistic and the shape is on point! If you go you won't be disappointed! I own a lash studio and refer all my clients!

Awesome little shop! I took my daughter there and we were able to sit together while Nini did our nails! She is talented, patient, and efficient! The place was refreshing to go to because it was quiet and serene. They had a cooking channel on that had no talking and put me and my daughter into a c relaxed state! We love our nails!!

As promising as it was, the first issue we had was this salon is Cash Only. I don't think our party was informed, but luckily we had someone in our party that had cash. The second issue I had was I felt that the service was rushed. So much so that the guy working on my pedicure pretended to clean around the nails, but really he was just clipping air. This is my second time coming in and will probably be my last. I was really wanting to find a local salon to be a regular but the search continues. Now I am open to anyone correcting me/advice if I'm wrong (please message me). Hear me out:

I got my nails on here. I had to wait for a little bit after my appointment time but it wasn't a long wait. They were attentive and understood what I wanted to get done. The service is quick and the quality of it is great! I loved having Nini do my nails. She was gentle in removing my old set to replace with new ones. The length is just right. All the staff is friendly too. I would definitely go back again. Thank you so much!

Please note that due to the high demand and their limited certified, accredited, Covid-19 certified staff acquiring a last minute appointment is nearly impossible. My mom and I had a fantastic experience here today! We both got their Deluxe Spa Pedicure, which is reasonably priced at $35 and super relaxing. It includes a scrub, mask, nice massage with hot stones, and all the other normal pedicure features. We made appointments and were seated within a few minutes of our arrival. Our technicians were both fantastic! They were friendly and good at their jobs. Mom and I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

1 week old & 1 camping trip, the powder dip is holding up great! The top coat has chipped in some places so it feels a little rough, but I'm rough with my hands so im not surprised it happened.
Filed a little shorter then I'd like, but they will grow. Also got a pedicure, regular polish and its held up nicely

UPDATE from my previous review.
This is my "gel pedicure" that I got yesterday. Barely 24 hours later and the gel is lifting from every toe and I had to reshape one of them since it was crooked.
When we went to pay, my friend had asked about the services I received and why I did not get the deluxe pedicure treatments when I had asked for that one specifically. (I wasn't going to even say anything until this happened)
The lady got snappy and said that we could check the cameras & said she did in fact give me all the treatments. (Which was a lie) she then got confrontational

Was my very first time getting my nails done here , the San Marcos location . I was the first customer of the day because I had a 9am appointment time . Troy did my nails I was hoping to get him based on other reviews with his name on it . I was very pleased with the results , as I went in with a reference photo and it was spot on . Would go back and recommend others .
