They always do a great job for me. I'm not sure who the new guy is but he legit can do ANYTHING. Check out this matte black dip he did for me yesterday. Amazing!!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER. I've been here twice and got black tips the first time (it took the lady an hour and 45 minutes to do). Second time, I came back to get a fill. The guy PAINTS OVER MY BLACK TIPS. You can totally see the black through the new gel not to mention he never told me "do a dark color so you won't see the black tips". Also, the fill took an hour and thirty minutes. Anyways, I went out of town the next day and when i called them to tell them how I was unhappy they said they could give me 15% off of a NEW SET which would be like 3 dollars off, or fix one nail that

I rarely give poor ratings so my review will be lengthy to explain my reasoning. I normally go to another salon but they were booked and I am traveling so needed something done with my nails.

My daughter and I went to the salon on a Sunday. After extremely poor customer service, the facility lied to me and charged me twice for services.

Unethical Billing:
The salon does not take cards so if you don't have cash, payment is required through Zelle or Venmo. When I was trying to make a direct Zelle payment from my credit union which the owner said was allowed. I submitted the transfer

I'm a mom of two so I don't get my nails done often, but the last couple of times I've gone Jennie has helped me and I have been OBSESSED with how they turn out! She's amazing! I've had a great experience at this salon every time I've gone!!

I saw on other reviews that Jennie was great and so I scheduled an appointment with her. When I got there a different girl just started doing my nails till I said I scheduled with Jennie and the girl who started my nails did them uneven, but Jennie did the rest of my nails and she did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend her and she is so sweet and understands exactly what you like. I will be going back to her again to fill my new set :)

Jenny always does the best job!! I can not say this enough!! My favorite set yet! The salon usually closes at 7pm and she stayed until 8pm to ensure they were perfect! Thank you Jenny!!

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Probably the worst nail care experience I’ve had, sadly. Very hasty pedicure - probably worth $5, not the $28 I reluctantly paid, based on the many I’ve had. Of note, client next to me requested same “regular” i.e. basic pedicure, and had technician who was very attentive and offered appropriate level of care. Mine was not enjoyable or relaxing, and there was minimal care offered (it lasted maybe 10 minutes max). Manicure needed to be aborted due to extremely poor workmanship - I’ve never ever needed to do this. I haven’t had a mani in 5 months

This review is long overdue. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon, I’m extremely picky when choosing my nail salon but this place really hits a home run for me.
1. All the staff are absolutely amazing ( I never feel the need to stay with just one artist) I love them all.
2. I love that this place had so many color options ( I do dip and gel )
3. This place is very clean and organized ( trust me I check )
4. Every time I just randomly show up I’m treated as #1 no matter who I end up with.
5. I’ve never left there unhappy with anything I’ve had done.

I found this place on Google and was very impressed with my experience. Especially with the prices on pedicures, love the hot stone massage! Will definitely be coming back! Love my nails ❤️

The first couple times I went I had a great experience, but the 3rd and last time was absolutely terrible. I asked for acrylic overlay over my natural nails that were already very long, but instead the man just did the dip powder. He seemed very rushed the entire time. He filed the tops of my nails paper thin I wanted to cry but all I could do was sit there. I told him I wanted coffin shaped and had to ask him twice to narrow the sides and they still looked very wide and uneven. Paid $60 no tip and left feeling very defeated. Seemed really busy but the staff was great and attentive! They were well organized and had constant communication. I'd recommend making an appointment, especially on the weekend. We made 3 different appoints for the same time slot and they had the chairs all reserved for us so we did not have to wait!

They offer groupons but want you to cancel it and purchase through them once you get there for 3x the price you paid on Groupon. If you don't they will refuse to service you!
not sure why you'd offer groupons if you're not going to honor them.
Don't waste your time coming here. I had came all the way from Murrieta just to be refused service for not wanting to be ripped off.

I had been using dip polish to help strengthen my nails as I work in the food service industry, which makes them very fragile. I wanted to find a nail salon closer to home so I decided to give this place a try. It ended up being a huge mistake that cost me my natural nails, which I had been growing out for 4 months. The tech really didn't seem to know what she was doing and improperly applied the dip polish. This review only gets one star for Brian who did my pedicure. Brian did a great job on my toes they feel and look amazing! However the woman who did my dip manicure butchered my nails! I was so disappointed after not having had my nails done since the start of Covid. She didn't clean up my cuticles and left them sticking out and stuck to the dip powder and finishing coat. She hardly filed them out and smoothed nothing. Afterwards my nails looked so messy and my jaw dropped when she said I was done. She saw no problem with my nails, glue, powder, blood, misshaping and all. Another kind lady

Worst experience ever! First I'm hounded by the older guy pushing me to get a mani. Don't want mani. Just a pedi. That hounding continues even after I'm sitting at the chair. Then the old lady doing my pedi hounds me about getting a mani. I think you heard for the past 5 minutes I don't want a mani! Believe it or not, these photos were taken right after the appointment. I didn't have the time to deal with them. The lady who did my pedi, the worst ever! A 3-year old would have done a better job blind folded with one hand!

I got a gel manicure and it’s been 3 days and I have 3 nails that have already chipped… save your money and your time. My manicure came out lumpy. I was also very wary because she did not pull out her tools from the sealed bags I’ve seen other places do… she just pulled it out from her cart, not covered or anything. Made me question how sanitary this salon truly is. I’ll never be back. Maybe to get a refund but that’s it.

Typical nail salon. They did a good on my nails and I am happy with the level of service. They did try and upsell at every moment they could and while I was a walk-in they seemed very disorganized with those who did walk in saying they made an appointment.

Worlds worst service!!!
Spent 2 hours here dealing with some guy who talked me into soft gel nails.

He put 5 of 10 nails on crooked! Had to take them off and redo them.

He was rude and after 2 hours of fixing his screw ups he stopped working in my nails and refused to finish!!!

Half my nails chipped by the next day!

We had appointments for 4 of us, but all still waited a long time, just standing in the entrance--nowhere to sit. We weren't offered the "complimentary beverage" touted in their advertising. They don't accept credit cards, and their prices are on the high end.

The real issue, though, is that half my nails had chipped polish by the next day. Regular polish, not gel, but I wasn't hard on them. I live in LA, so I can't just drop in to get them re-done (they don't offer refunds, only re-dos). If I did live nearby, I certainly

I'm going to start this by saying... my 5 year old can paint in the lines better than this guy could paint nails! I have polish all over my toes!

So I called earlier this morning requesting a gel mani and gel pedi, they told me 11:45am. I confirmed that my mani and pedi would be done at the same time, as I was on my lunch break and only had an hour and 15 minutes to get this done. I show up at 11:45am and they sat me at a pedi chair. I waited until after 12pm to have a technician come to me. The water was cold, they couldn't adjust the temp. They didn't have a nail technician available

Best pedicure I've had in a long time. She was so gentle, didn't cut me or pull the side of my nails. I got the fancy pedicure with hot stone massage. So relaxing!!!

I also got my finger nails dipped. He did an excellent job!

Walked in for a last minute pedi an hour before closing. They were busy but was I was seen right away. Tammy did an amazing job on my pedicure! She took her time and paid close attention to detail. Great customer service. I will gladly recommend this nail salon and return for future services.

I got this set back in February and my last fill was April 1 abs it's now May 3 I am so impressed with how they look after a month! There is no chipping, peeling, discoloration or anything! They haven't lifted at all. The woman who did my manicure this last time we so quick it took like 20 minutes in her quickness she did mix up the colors and put the same color on my middle and index finger.
