When Chuck left one of the largest builders in the region almost 2 decades ago, he made it his personal mission to prioritize the quality of his homes over quantity of homes he builds every year.
Pine Ridge is uniquely centered in the center of Citrus County's rolling hills. The community has the honor of being the largest equestrian center in Citrus County with 28 miles of horseback riding trails. While horses and nature enjoyment are a large part of the Pine Ridge community, there is a sizeable component dedicated to the country club and bike trails, thus no horses are allowed.
