I am for sure a high maintenance client. I went through 3 builders in Citrus County, FL before I found Rise Construction and OMG I am so happy I found them. Family business with great customer service and follow up. Suzie is awesome, listens to your needs and very responsive. Charlie and Morgan implemented my build and were on top of everything. Building a house is stressful, but Rise Construction took all the stress out of it. Frankly they made it super easy and as stress free as I have ever had. They were and forever will be my MVPs. They took all my comments and desires, pulling out all my dreams

My family had a huge shift in dynamic and I ended up moving my mother in. We needed extra room and a space she could call her own. We wanted her to be close, yet independent. My husband and I needed that too tbh. Adding an extra detached garage was exactly the answer we wanted and now we had a good reason to take that step. The only problem was our HOA in citrus didn't allow detached garages. When I called up to the office Suzie was more than understanding and helped explain some options we had. I truly feel like she was a real problem solver. They were able to provide plans they had used before

Charlie built our house entire house in 2006-2007. He built it on our spare (thickly wooded) lot next door. We moved in January '07. So, now our home is well into it's 2nd decade. At the end of 2006, we were in a huge recession, and rather than having a dozen houses going up in the highlands, like any other given time, there were very few construction jobs at all. Those who lived through it, remember - builders were just trying to "hold on" to their businesses. I met a lot of builders leading up to my decision. By the time I met Charlie, I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Charlie

Charlie Rise took the job and gave it to his little brother to do who hadn't had any experience doing what he was doing. Poor craftsmanship! Installed a shower where the drain was set higher than the shower floor and clogged the drain with grout. Installed white ceramic tile with charcoal grout without spacers had to fight to get redone, then still doesn't line up to floor! Damaged my dryer moving it on a dolly. Installed a drain field incorrectly. Drywalled my kitchen ceiling uneven. Pipes not checked for leaks before closing into drywall. Terribly stressful and still discovering issues I was

I usually do not write reviews, but after reading Ms. Batten’s review about work that was apparently done ten years ago, I felt compelled to write about my personal and very recent experience. We relocated to the Crystal River area from Atlanta. Needed a combo building that would protect my bay boat, as well as a garage for the truck, workshop, office, man cave and bath.
