I used this company a number of years ago and had a pretty good experience. However, it seems impossible to be removed from their emails. I am not flooded with SPAM messages from them. I have unsubscribed several times and responded to several emails asking to be removed. I continue to get the emails and snail mail as well. This has become disrespectful of my time.

Dean and his team are the best. i've done all my home financings and refi's with him and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He's honest, straightforward, and brings me the best rates without trying to sell me on some unnecessary product. However, he does show me all my options, and provides his expert opinion and extensive experience. I just wish i had more homes to bring him.

You know that feeling when you close a week early on your home? Dean made that happen for us! I can't say enough good things about this guy. Dean is absolutely the best! He helped us every step of the way. We had to put in multiple offers on homes before finding the right one and he was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The lending approval process was swift and efficient, and Dean and his associates were super professional. Most importantly, he is kind and truly cares about helping. Nicole Francis and her team at RPM Mortgage really went to bat for me. I called Nicole after having difficulty with a large bank that was unable to execute on an appraisal. I experienced poor communication throughout the process, the appraisal fee was a steep $750, best LTV available was 70%. After closing docs were notarized and signed, and funding was expected, I was informed lender would require payoff of a HERO loan out of the proceeds. I declined to accept the last minute change, cancelled the transaction, and ate my appraisal fee. Turned out to be a blessing! I re-did the refi with Better.com, process was awesome, appraisal was $200 less, 75% LTV was available, fees were lower, interest rate was similar/same, and I WAS NOT required to pay off the HERO loan

I worked with Dean Wong and Talin Antonian to refinance my mortgage during the Covid-19 pandemic and could not have asked for a better experience. Dean was prompt to respond to inquiries offered an extremely competitive rate without hiding the ball. My original lender had a "meet or beat" policy--i.e., I had to shop their substantially higher refi quote around before they would beat it. My realtor was so apologetic that we worked with him.and had to help me through this trauma.
I almost lost my house because of his mistakes.

Absolutely not! Please pay attention to the negative reviews and remember how easy it is to create fake reviews or hide negative ones. I had to fire RPM and here is why: Initially things were good and I enjoyed working with Nicole. But like all lenders, what matters is when you get into the underwriting process. My first red flag was the interest rate I was offered... it ended up being 0.75% higher than the loan I am now closing on. That is significant. Second, they hired an excessively expensive appraiser that you write a check for (it's usually charged through escrow as a closing

We absolutely loved working with Dean Wong from RPM Mortgage!!! My husband and I are first time home-owners and both self-employed. Dean is the reason we were able to purchase our first home. It was a pleasure working with RPM. The team was very efficient, we closed in 2 weeks! Michelle and Erica were very friendly and always available to help, and they did their best to accommodate our requests.

There are a lot of knowledgeable loan agents in the area but not all of them share that knowledge with others. Some do share that information but lack the communication skills to effectively pass it along. Some lenders have both the knowledge and skills to share it but aren't available when the clients need them. Michael possesses all of these qualities and that's why I have refered so many clients to him over the last few years and why I continue to do so. He is knowledgeable, communicative and available to ensure a smooth transaction in a timely manner.

I just got a letter in the mail from the Consumer Protection Bureau saying that RPM illegally steered me and other customers into more expensive higher interest rate loans and rewarded loan officers with bonuses. I did notice that RPM was quoting me at least .5% higher than what I was seeing online, but since they were a local business and they were one of the few lenders who were approved to apply for first time homebuyer mortgage credit certificates--and I stupidly felt loyalty to my loan officer since she'd been the one to get me a preapproval when I started looking--I stuck with them anyway

My most recent refi was difficult (to say the least), but Dean Wong and his team stepped up once again. To be upfront, this was my 4th or 5th purchase/refi with Dean, and this was by far the most complicated. Dean was responsive, honest and helpful in every aspect during the process. He was patient with my questions, efficient with getting all the necessary documents and ultimately got the loan done when he said it would be done.

My situation: Needed my ex off the loan, never missed a mortgage payment, fair credit, but high Income-to-Debt ratio...and a house with a good amount of equity in it. Banks and lenders alike took reems of paper copies and then dismissed me.
As a broker, Peter is motivated...and he dealt with me as a person, instead of a number to be transferred to extension numbers that drops calls. In short, he made my refi HIS job, instead of mine!
