A neighbor recently had them in his apartment to repair a door that leads out to his terrace. Seems that the lock has jammed, which means no one can open it. He called Door Repair NYC in the hopes of having them FIX the door or lock. The guy shows up, and calls my neighbor at work to tell him that they only thing he can do to fix the door is to drill a hole iinto the lock which will unlock the door, rendering it unlockable AND HE'D NEVER BE ABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR.
Neighbor: "So you're saying that I won't be able to lock or close the door"
