Very reasonable prices and great service. Kenny came to my apartment in Brooklyn on a Sunday to install a jimmy free deadbolt after a home invasion. There's an emergency service charge, but I think that's fair. He was professional, kind, and did an excellent job. I would really recommend Speedy Lock!

The Fire Department got a call re: a gas leak and at 5 in the morning came to my building and proceeded to break into all three of the entries into my home. Their noise woke us up and after they found that there was no gas leak they left and at 5:20am I was faced with dealing with damaged doors and broken locks. I called Speedy. They sent their man over, a very caring and conscientious person who repaired my doors and replaced their locks. Speedy was a shining light in a very painful and frightening experience.
They were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

In February I had these guys repair the door to my coop. The electric strike plate needed to be replaced. A few days ago the door stopped working with our buzzer system, so I called them again. The guy showed up an hour late, diagnosed the issue was the electric strike plate he installed a few months earlier, refused to fix it under any sort of warranty, and suggested I pay more to get a higher quality electric strike plate. Doors shouldn't break every few months. If they do, you should stand behind your products and work. And be on time. Done with these guys now.

Great customer service. I needed to get some advice about a lock purchased for my apartment. The guys at the shop answered all my questions, encouraged me to exchange the lock at another store that was sold to me that wouldn't work in my door. Depending on how handy you are, you can save money on a service call and install a cyclinder yourself. They offered to send out a service guy, for an additional charge if I ran into trouble with the installation. However, through the process, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to insure proper security with my locks. They treated me very respectfully

Amazing service, everything from talking to Steve on the phone and having the technician at our apartment installing the lock has been more than great! They're extremely friendly and helpful, and also unbeatable price!
