My policy was switched to this agency when my former agent’s office closed. There was an error with a $1,047 payment that my former agent made and I could not rectify. However, Diana Cuadros stepped in and went out of her way to fix it. She followed up with State Farm and my bank multiple times over multiple weeks and finally got them to return the overpayment. She was incredibly professional, helpful and responsible! I can’t recommend this agency and Diana enough!!
