Look elsewhere when you need a contractor, landscaper, or anything else these guys think they know how to do. We bought a house they were building while it was still unfinished, and like another reviewer said, Brett Randall seemed very nice and easy to work with. At first, things went well, and even though there were some issues, we were able to resolve them. However, as the process went on (way past the scheduled and multiple rescheduled finish dates) Brett and his brother-in-law, Brent Lewis, became more contentious and belligerent when we had disagreements about the work. Brett Randall seems like a nice, professional guy before he takes your money. The moment something goes wrong after the job is complete and he has been paid then all professionalism goes out the door. His employees set up the irrigation system and lines incorrectly for the Indian Laurel tree to receive sufficient amount of water, as a result the tree died. He claims All Pro has done nothing wrong even though 3 different nurseries confirmed that All Pro is to blame for the setup of the irrigation system and lines. Incredible service! Wish all in the industry would be a fraction as good as these guys. We had our backyard done (from a dirt blank slate). They came in when they said they would and finished way sooner than i expected. My wife is soo happy, she goes out and has her coffee every morning to enjoy it before it gets too hot. I highly recommend Brett and his team, they are amazing and you won't be disappointed!
