They called on a Friday and were ready to close on Wednesday of the next week. Sent a notary out following Saturday and it was done. I compared six different refinance brokers before going with loan X. Competitive rate, professional follow up and personable customer service.

We recently went through the refinancing of our home process with Loan X. Our representative was Joey Michael who was not only professional, courteous and patient he continued (after the refinancing was complete) to ensure our needs were being met and our experience was super positive. I'm retired Navy and we (as do many other services, agencies and companies) have a saying "Going above and beyond" and Joey did that and more. I received an unsolicited call from Loan X Mortgage and I explained, as I had explained to scores of other callers, that I believed my mortgage situation could not be improved upon. I got an immediate response that was informational - other callers avoided specific information and tried to string me along but Loan X Mortgage provided immediate information which got my attention. After a short time on the phone, the refinance process was underway.

These guys started out very informative, and made the process seem very easy. Once we got going, we ran into some road bumps and communication became less during the road bumps. I would have to call and follow up with them just to find out status. Matthew kept assuring me everything is looking good and being processed. I waited to hear back from Matthew and he never reached back out to me. Its now been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from this company. I don't even know if my file remains open or closed. I did move on with another lender.

Reduced the length of my mortgage AND lowered my interest rate. Everyone I worked with at Loan X Mortgage was beyond professional. I mainly dealt with Lucas Barbat and he was with me every step of the way. Not to mention, my mortgage closed in just 11 DAYS.
