I cannot say enough about how good it was working with Troy, Bri and the rest of his team. My mother passed away and we were selling her condo, but there was a hitch, it was a property that had to go to someone 55 or older and we could only sell it for what she paid or so we were told. Troy and his team researched endlessly and were able to get the price up almost $30k more AND found the perfect person for to buy the condo. My mother's home of 30yrs needed to be sold. Our realtor Tanya probably had no idea what she stepped into. Between what needed to be done before the house even went on the market to the lawyers to the CPA to getting an offer and retracting an offer to the water test, should say tests right before closing to multiple people involved.
