Denny went above and beyond for us. He is timely, detailed- which is a huge plus when inspection reports can be confusing! He understands explanations are critical for customers to understand the differences between standard ware and tear vs. items that need immediate attention. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but because of Denny's above and beyond explanations on our inspection, we were more confident in purchasing our home. We can't thank you enough, Denny!

Denny assisted my mother with a basement inspection after she was told by EverDry that she needed to spend $25,000 to have her basement waterproofed or it would not pass an inspection if she tried to sell her home. I called Denny, he was at my mothers the very next day to do his inspection and informed us that she in fact DID NOT need to have EverDry waterproof her basement. Great Service! Much appreciated honesty, saving my mom $1,000's. Highly recommend!

If I could rate more than five stars I would! Denny was top notch at every aspect of my inspection. Being my first home purchase, the home inspection report was extremely important to me. Denny knocked the inspection out of the park! I was super impressed on how in detail the report was, and how he thoroughly describes certain issues that could arise. He found things during his inspection that I'm sure anyone else would have overlooked. Denny is professional, on time, and is worth every penny to make sure your well informed to make a confident purchase. I would not recommend anyone other than Denny

High quality reports, high quality results. Denny is great at what he does. He takes his time to explain the things that come up during an inspection and walks you through the steps to make sure it gets done. I have used Denny for both of my home inspections and have always been impressed with his work. If I am ever in need of another home inspection, Denny is my guy.
