Because of Manjur's excellent and thorough assessment for my husband five years ago, we had no hesitation in contacting him again and are very glad we did. During the inspection, Manjur provided clear feedback on the spot that was easy for me (a less seasoned home owner) to understand. I called Reliable Home Inspection closer to the 30-Day of possession. Mr.Manjur responded quickly and did the inspection on the very next day. The inspection was very thorough and professional. He explained me all the necessary and important things to maintain and fix while doing the inspection. He found important issues and gave me proper instructions on how to pursue to fix those issues. The inspection report was very neat and was sent to me immediately as I had very little time to submit the report for Tarion Warranty. Manjur was recommend by a friend of mine and I know why, I had bad experience in the past but Manjur is definitely on top of everything regarding the home inspection. Very professional and accurate , he’s using all the technology needed to perform a thorough and meticulous home inspection. Among others things he found mice behind the walls and many other things. He was able to provide the report right after the home inspection.

Manjur is a detailed professional inspector. I am very happy that he inspected and came up with a long list of all small and big problems in my new house. He has professional equipment to discover problems that cannot be seen with naked eyes. He is very responsive to phones and email and excellent follow up with Terion report.
