Our paint department is run by Arturo Hernandez and backup painter Michael McGarry. Arturo started with us in 1995, Mike in 2003. We use Spies Hecker refinishing systems. Spies Hecker www.spieshecker.com is the highest quality paint system on the market, started Cologne Germany in 1875 to this date is second to none in quality.

I would like to thank Ed Baecher at NTC Auto Body for the terrific repair work his team performed on my 2018 Highlander. The work was perfect in every detail. I requested an estimate from Eddie the owner for an impinged passenger door. I had never been to NTC Auto Body before, and did not know him. He immediately got some tools and fixed the door on the spot, free of charge. He could not have been nicer or more professional. Would highly recommend this man and his business.

I had a small incident with my front bumper that caused it to pop out and some scuffs in my pant that needed some TLC. NTC auto body exceeded my expectations! Eddy and his team are wonderful here! My car was done in just under 2 hours. I am extremely thankful and grateful for the work they did for me. This is not my first time coming to this shop but I highly highly recommend if you need a body shop.

I have been a customer of NTC for years owing to having raised 6 teenagers (all adults now thankfully) and have had nothing but great experiences with Eddie.. always top quality work delivered in a very punctual way... he always will go out of his way to help his customers (he call us family!).
Case in point... recently I visited Eddie with my daughter's Camry which required body work from a shop in Virginia... driving home from Virginia, an under bumper shield let go and was dragging on the road... could not take it back to Va for resolution, so I visited Eddie... he looked at it 5 minutes after

I just received my car from NTC, I dropped it off to have body work and painting done. The owners are exemplary. They are kind and considerate. The work is laudable, extraordinary attention to detail. The car looks like it was just driven out of the dealership. Got my Avalon repaired at NTC - most of the passenger side was damaged from sideswiping a guardrail. The car looks brand new now - excellent mechanical and body work and the color matching is perfect.
They are very professional and easy to deal with and they handled almost everything with my insurance company.

I had a horrible experience with Ed. I was in an accident less than a mile from my home and I asked for my car to be towed to my home. Ed came into my ambulance where I had suffered a broken arm and trauma, he was angry and very intimidating, he demanded that my car be towed to his shop, I refused and he became irate and said to give him money right now. It was so upsetting that I ask for the state trooper to remove him from the ambulance. Afterwards, my car was towed to my home.

If you need bodywork go to these guys because auto employers are also down to earth and the owner is a very nice guy he will take care you and your car will be in a secured and Lare also and you work would you and he does not want to work for the insurance companies he just wants to work for his customers so if you need a good body shop guy in Fiskill go to Ntc auto body

The downside was a small ding in the fender that didn't come from the accident and its origins were unknown. We noticed it while picking the car up and showed Eddie.
