Very busy but the owner always does his best to get the work done in a timely fashion and the work is done right! Best mechanic I have ever been to! Tom does amazing work, he is honest, thorough, and does whatever he can to fix your car. They did a great job on my car. Friendly and very helpful. I had went there after being told by the insurance company my rental car would be there.It wasn't (They gave me incorrect information.) With no hesitation one of the guys from Balmville Collision drove me over to enterprise for my rental. After picking my car up it not only looked like no damage was ever done.. they cleaned my car inside and out. Also, they guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. Great job. Really appreciated their way of business.

Best mechanic I have ever been to! Tom does amazing work, he is honest, thorough, and does whatever he can to fix your car. I have brought my car there several times now and he stops what hes doing to talk to me about whatever the issue is. Tom tells me what he can do and is honest about parts, prices, and when my car will be expected to be fixed. He is a really nice guy and is easy to explain things to, he takes the time to explain what the problems is, and makes sure you understand. The secretary is polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. Balmville Collision did an extraordinary job on my car. A car backing out of a parking spot hit the right rear side of my car in 3 different panel spots plus a hubcap. Balmville not only repaired the damage done but waxed and buffed every scratch I had previously from just owning the car, filled in a rust spot from a rock chip, did a tremendous detail inside and out, plus replaced my hub cap all in all week right before the holiday and through the weekend. They were all incrediblely nice and helpful, I'm beyond satisfied and impressed with their work.

I came to Balmville Collision to repair a couple minor dents after a small accident and I am very pleased with how my car came out. The staff was very helpful and I'm very glad I chose this shop. I couldn't believe how fast they got everything done! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a reliable body shop!
