Shafer Project Resources provides managers for Oil and Gas Process Unit Revamps, Process Facility New Construction, Oil and Gas Pipelines as well as the Turn Around Projects. We have Support for the managers that will help with project coordination, troubleshooting and time management. Our Support Staff helps with scheduling, document control, purchasing and expediting.
Shafer Project Resources has a large pool of Drafting and Design professionals available at all times. We screen all our employees and perform personal evaluations to ensure that they meet with the Shafer's Quality and Integrity Expectations. Shafer prepares and then sends in their resumes to our clients for review and approval before sending them in to perform any job task.
Shafer Project Resources can provide experienced Oil and Gas Process Operators to assist in daily operations of a Refinery, process facility or pipeline. The Process Operators that work for Shafer are carefully screened and evaluated to be able to perform the job the Client may be requiring.
Our younger, more able operators, are experienced and can assist in the daily unit work scopes such as sampling, pressure survey, equipment monitoring, permit writing, and decommissioning for energy control or maintenance activity.We also have highly experienced retired process Operators that can plan and execute whole unit shut downs and startups.
