VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We booked this limo service for my daughter’s birthday, because the Hummer Limo is ALL SHE WANTED. Dan not only cancelled the reservation last minute, but the way he spoke to my family was outrageous. People forget these days that when you screw people over, those people can actually let others KNOW about the experience by reviews. Dan said he made a mistake and that happens. But you don’t just cancel by text the night before and say sorry about your luck you can try this guy. And you CERTAINLY don’t treat your clients the way that Dan did. Dan has obviously forgotten
