They were so professional, clean, friendly and ON TIME! are limo driver was name KURT! I did not have the opportunity to use Ritz Limousines but they came highly recommended and when they could not support our group (due to already being booked), Tim went out of his way to help provide some other solutions. This group is the definition of helpful and we will be trying to reserve earlier next time because they obviously are very popular for good reason.

Tim, the owner of Ritz, was amazing! I hosted a bachelorette party for 9 women & we booked him for 12+ hrs. The patience of this man through the entire process was admirable. I constantly called / texted to change the itinerary & he was fine the entire time. He was a total gentleman - we all greatly appreciated his help getting in & out of the limo especially in high heels. I'm positive he supported my entire body weight a couple times & I was happy he was able too lol Communication was great. Price was competitive. Limo was clean. Water & champagne glasses provided.

We absolutely had a fantastic time! Tim was the BEST from the time I made the reservation. He was so very thoughtful and accommodating; I had to change my reservation due to an emergency and he was very understanding and worked with me. It's always been my girlfriend's dream to ride in a H2 Hummer limo, so I rented it to surprise her for a night out. It couldn't have been any more perfect! Tim was so very personable, friendly, and knew great places to take us to bar hop! We will definitely do this again; as long as Tim is our driver 😀

We used Ritz for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration and could not have asked for a better time! Tim was so easy to work with from the planning to the pick up. Jeff took care of everyone all night, got us into all the places free and it was cheaper at the end of the night to use a limo than an Uber for sure! Thanks Tim and Jeff for an unforgettable birthday!

Hired Ritz on August 5 2017 for my sons bachelor party evening extravaganza. I relied on Tim's advise and was extremely pleased with their service and recommendations. Kurt was our driver and was exceptional at his job. We couldn't have been happier with the service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ritz.
