I've had my nails done here many times and the manicures have always been good. The staff are friendly and are especially kind to my elderly mother who has been going here for years.

Super friendly and quick and not crowded on a weekday morning and have Zoya which is a more non toxic brand which I was so happy to find! Lisa was great and helped buff and file down the old gel manicure damage I had.

Staff is nice and friendly. Craft is awful.
I get gel often. This is the worst ive seen. It's no use going back to try to fix it if they think this is acceptable.

Cuticles were barely cut and it looks as if my nails already need a fill in.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went there for the first time in a while. When you get powdered gel it's suppose to last for 2 weeks. Well it lasted maybe 7 hours and then started chipping. When I called they told me they wouldn't fix it or refund me. VERY disappointing! I wouldn't recommend coming here!!!!!

I had a wonderful day here today. My aunt gifted me a manicure, pedicure and a 30 minute chair massage. Each treatment was as wonderful as the other. Sue did my manicure and pedicure with a callus treatment. Both treatments were very thorough and SUPER relaxing. The cherry on top of all this was the incredible 30 minute chair massage that I received from Lucy. I have been incredibly stressed as my mom has spent nearly 2 months in the hospital. I hold most of my stress in my neck and shoulders. I feel as if Lucy found every knot and made it her personal crusade to rid my body of each one. Now, I

I can not ever explain how wonderful my day today. I need TLC and received more than I even could imagine. First I did a hot pedicure, which was so relaxing. The spa is so clean. I then had my short nails done. I couldn't believe that they use fresh appliances for each person๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. The nails files are thrown out after each person! Such an incredible and relaxing day. Thank you Sunny๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’•

I have been to Ogi a few times now and each time I swear I'll never go back.
I was there recently for a manicure with a friend. We were helped quickly but it all went downhill from there. It was the quickest manicure I'd ever gotten, which isn't exactly relaxing, and as a result it came out horrible. The edges weren't clean and many of my nails chipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go back the next day (my life doesn't revolve around going to get my nails done) so two days later I returned, as an unhappy customer. They said they could fix the spots

Always very clean. Affordable and the staff is very friendly. Not like those other salons where they ignore you and speak in another language the whole time to the other staff. They make good conversation and sometimes even make you laugh. And best of all they give you free, amazing back massages while you sit to dry your nails.

I went for the first time today and was very happy with my manicure done by Joan. She was so thorough! I love that the clippers are sterilized. I look forward to going back to her.
just be advised that you cannot use a credit card for any services that total under twenty dollars.

Not the worst manicure I've gotten, but definitely not the best. For the area, it's ok but there are better ones around. People seem to go there just because they're regulars, not because they do a good job.

I went in for a pedicure and a polish change. The pedicure was 15 minutes, completely rushed, just cut nails nothing else was done to the toes, no cuticles, no file nothing. The "massage" was literally non existent. The chair massage was broken, it turned on but only one button worked. The polish job on my nails was horrific. A 4 year old could have painted them better. The corners and edges of the nails werent polished but the skin and cuticles somehow seemed to have polish on them. When asked to please fix, I received numerous "huffs and puffs" and looks that could kill

I've been going to this pricey salon for pedicures since I moved to the neighborhood three years ago. Gradually, the service seems to be getting worse, and today's $25 pedicure was the clincher. I walked in at 5 p.m. on a Wednesday, hardly prime time. After several attempts to "up-sell" a spa pedicure and various other treatments (which included pointing out the callouses on my feet repeatedly--embarrassing), the pedicurist grouchily assented to give me a "regular." She then raced through the most painful pedicure I have ever received. When I looked down, I was
