I went there yesterday and was welcomed. However, not one person told me of the step up to get nail polish. I fell after just undergoing knee surgery. Only the manicurist that knows my sister approached me to see if I was okay. We both immediately asked for ice and they told us they didn’t have any... What the hell!
I am sure I am not the first to experience this since I consider myself to be an athlete. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the service. Now I am forced to see what damage has been done after this incident.

Update: Less than a week and my polish is already chipping!!
I just went for my first time at this salon. I normally do gel and my regular salon is quite far from where I live. But lately I've gotten away from gel, and decided to go somewhere new and local for just a simple manicure and some polish. I figured with "natural" in the name it would be a good place to start. Overall, my experience was decent. I had a manicure and a predicure. Everything has been updated to reflect COVID-19 prevention measures, so that was understandable and in no way gave me any negative feeling about the salon or

I always enjoy coming to Natural Nail Lounge, everyone is always nice and welcoming. The facility is very clean and they are going the extra mile during this pandemic. I always leave with a beautiful pedicure. Oh and the back massage is the BEST!!!!

After searching two years for a natural nail salon I decided to make the 1/2 car ride to get a manicure and pedicure. I am extremely happy I did. The salon is clean the staff is professional and polite. I have been to other salons and the staff talk to each other during your service which I find rude. The experience exceeded my expectations and the nail polish lasts longer then traditional polish. The services cost more then a traditional salon but the products are superior, luxurious and last.

I am truly Impressed , Liz did such a great job in reviveing my nails back from the damage I did from a bab gel job. Prices are little bit higher than most salons however I find that even a basic manicure lasts and does not chip. As someone who get their nails done "bi weekly" for 17 years, this is the best my nails have look and felt.

Clean nail salon in the Syosset area, ended up going here because Diva Nail Salon will not take me without an appointment and I needed to get my nails done. Relatively overpriced rushed manicure, nothing different from other places other than perhaps they claim to use all natural organic products. Not sure I will be returning as after I left the salon I realized that all of my nails had miniature bubbles on all of them after nail polish fully drying.
