We removed the shingles and all dormer windows on this Raleigh, NC apartment clubhouse. We framed and installed sheathing where dormer windows were removed; then installed new GAF HDZ architectural shingles. We converted an existing indoor pool into a new gym at this Raleigh, NC apartment. We filled existing pool with dirt/gravel and compacted.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

What we were quoted at as a 3 day project has turned into more than a two week affair. And not because any issues have come up with our project, it was as cut and dry as could be, it's because Bryce Daniels and… his team have not shown up to do finish this project and refused to communicate issues on their side. We allowed them to park their trailer on our lawn under the assumption it would be there for a couple days as they finished the project, we are more than two weeks in and though the project is finished (after having to text and call almost every day for a week to get any information
