Drew is a native of the Raleigh-Durham area growing up in Hillsborough, earning a finance degree from UNC-Wilmington, and calls Raleigh his home. He has been an active business owner in Wake county for the past 25+ years, and also has a NC Real Estate License. He has been involved with construction from an early age, and loves watching houses come out of the ground.
During Drew's downtime, he enjoys spending time on his boat and making use of his Captain's license by chartering trips on his trawler on the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic. He is also an international jiu-jitsu competitor, holding multiple world titles, and continues to teach and learn the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Split Oak Homes is a wonderful builder and amazing to work with. Owners (Mike & Drew) are accessible, great at both communication and listening to your ideas. The process was smooth from beginning home designs through selections (lighting, hardware, cabinets, colors, etc) to delivery and closing. These guys and their team make it an exceptional experience and we had fun with the process. Especially appreciate the actual owner being onsite at the house daily, rather than a superintendent who drives through to check in on the guys working on your house.
