Been trying to get in touch with Kayann for 4 days now via Email and phone. I sometimes get somebody on the line who takes a message. I believe by now I must have called 15 times and left messages, asking for a call back. I also sent numerous emails, even asking if they are not interested in working with me. Just getting ghosted. Giant waste of my time - do not recommend!

My experience with Kayann Hayden West Law could be best summed up as a nightmare worse than the divorce. If you want to throw away approximately $20,000, end up with standard child custody arrangements, and take the "We'll bring it up when we go to court approach" to every attack presented by the opposing council, then Kayann Hayden West is the attorney you want.

We have used Kayann since 2016 as our attorney. For 4 consistent years she has been there for us in every aspect. In my experience with attorneys there are two main types. The first type is the type of attorney that tells you what you want to hear and is really only interested in making money. The second type is the one that is straightforward and honest with you even when it doesn’t benefit him or her. I imagine people get upset when that happens and that’s probably the type of people that leave negative reviews for Mrs. West. She is one of the main lawyers I use because I trust her opinion and guidance. I need someone to be honest with me and she definitely fits that bill. There is a gray area sometimes
