Cliff Lancey has been practicing law in Ellijay, Georgia, since 1983. He is a graduate of Boston University. He moved to North Georgia in 1977 to attend Emory University School of Law in Atlanta which graduated him in 1982. He later received an LL.M. in Tax from Emory. The firm handles the administration of decedents estates and proceedings for guardianship and conservatorship. We prepare wills and enjoy extensive experience in the preparation of trusts, as a vehicle for asset transmission and estate tax planning. We represent clients in all facets of real estate settlement, from the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale contracts, to closing and disbursement of settlement proceeds.
