As long as you have an event date, you can secure LUX for your glam! Although your specific artist(s) will not be assigned until 6 months prior to your event date, we will hold your booking with a signed agreement and initial payment. A - Service minimums are enforced for weddings booked Friday through Sunday during wedding season, March - June & September - December.

I had the best experience getting my hair done by Rachel with Lux Beauty & Bridal. She showed up to my airbnb before the wedding to do my hair on site, which was such a big plus. She was lovely, funny, understanding, and I will definitely reach out for her again in the future. Not to mention, her work was amazing!!! My hair looked phenomenal. I was so worried that I had ruined it that day because the texture (before she came) was off. Yet, she knew exactly what to do, and made my hair look happy & healthy. Lux was one of my favorite vendors to work with for our wedding. Our artist Mayte went above and beyond with our hair and makeup, and did exactly what we asked for in the photos even without a trial, and very polite and accommodating to multiple requests. Lux was very communicative with helpful reminders and creating a timeline so I didn't have to. My hair and airbrush makeup lasted ALL day and night flawlessly and we all felt like queens! Have you ever cried because of a hairstyle or makeup look? Cuz I have. And it's all thanks to Caitlyn and her team! I did a trial with Caitlyn doing my hair and Renee doing my makeup and I LOVED IT, but when they did the real thing....words cannot express how much I loved it. We had LUX Beauty and Bridal do hair and make-up for our wedding party and mothers for our wedding day after we saw their work at a friend's wedding. Communication with the LUX was top-notch and they were always available for questions. On the day of the wedding, they stuck to our schedule and did AMAZING. I was nervous about getting the "Skin Retouch" add-on since it was my first time wearing make-up but they did such an awesome job and listened to me and what I was comfortable with. Everyone was SO pleased with their hair and makeup, our LUX team made sure of it. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. Randall was beyond amazing! My girlfriends all loved their makeup, as of course did I. I had wanted soft/natural glam, and to look like myself (but elevated/enhanced), and she nailed it. She had a very calm and chill yet fun demeanor, which helped put me at ease. She is clearly a pro. Everything was smooth and on time. I am sure any Lux artist would have been fantastic, but I felt as though Randall and I were matched strategically based on the look I was going for, which I super appreciate. In addition to being easy to work with, Veronica is a magician with makeup! She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day— she knows exactly how to bring everything together! I thought the ladies did a great job with my hair and makeup for both the trial and my actual wedding day. They also did amazing on the wedding party and moms as well. I liked that they were also punctual, friendly, and stayed later to attend to us when we asked for another touch up.

Not only did I go with Lux for my wedding makeup but it was the first time I've paid for makeup services. I had a wonderful experience with my makeup artist Diva. She not only had the necessary skills to deliver on the look I wanted but her people skills were amazing. She was very personable and applied good quality makeup. I booked hair and makeup at this salon for my Engagement Photoshoot and was not disappointed at all! They were very kind and accommodating considering I had to start the appointment at 4:30 AM in order to be done by 6:30 AM for my shoot that was an hour away AND it was on Memorial Day! Caitlyn and Trey are just AMAZING! They are so in tune with what's on trend with hairstyles and glam makeup looks. Caitlyn worked with me the week of the wedding to change the my wedding hairstyle to something I would love more, she made great suggestions, and worked with my halo extensions. If you want to laugh and feel relaxed on your big wedding day and also look amazing, call these guys. Trey and Caitlyn were both so amazing, professional, quick, responsive throughout our time of interaction, and on top of that, they're so much fun to have around. I wanted to make sure I had glam make up, and that was extremely hard to find in Austin, until I ran into these guys. They can turn it up or turn it down depending on what you are looking for. Caitlyn also did two hair dos for me on my wedding day which she was able to knock out pretty quickly between my events. You cannot go wrong
