At Ravenna Assisted Living we provide around the clock assistance with daily tasks such as dressing, showering, bathing, eating and toileting. We regularly provide engaging activities, pet therapy, massage therapy and musical events to encourage memories, enjoyment and fun.

We have made Albuquerque our home since 2007. We are dedicated to quality care, support for families and their loved ones and to creating a positive, caring environment that makes Ravenna an inviting place to be. Our vision is to provide a place that feels like home, where residents are safe and comfortable and families have peace of mind.
They assist our residents with taking their medications as prescribed and are state-certified. A local pharmacy provider supports us with the consulting services of a licensed pharmacist and delivers medicines to our doorstep month to month and as needed. This includes daily exercise, leisure activities, social stimulation, cognitive exercises and special events.
1. Has your loved one fallen recently? If the person falls again, how long might they be stuck before someone arrives to help them? Frequent falls, especially if your loved one can't get help, are a sign that it's time for more help and possibly for an assisted living facility. If they're not quite ready for assisted living, consider getting a medical alert system.

My uncle has been a resident at Ravenna for a year and he's been treated with respect, patience, and a genuine concern for his overall quality of life.
The staff, Jessica as an example, are professional, friendly, and flexible in responding to my uncle's needs and requests. Recently, he wanted his food to be served piping hot and the staff made it happen without delay.
I've been satisfied with Ravenna.

We have a family member here at Ravenna. We can not say enough about the care that they give her. They are outstanding!!! We have had some experiences with other places in Albuquerque and the treatment and care was horrible. Ravenna is such a blessing and we feel that they should go to every assisted living in town and teach them how to treat our senior citizens with their caliber of care. We had to travel out of state for an extended period of time and the family visits were reduced dramatically and still had NO Fear of how our family member was being treated and cared for. They are WONDERFUL

And the facility is beautiful; clean, open and lovely with daily fun activities. My father could be difficult, but the team handled him with great patience and caring. Our family lives out of state, so having the team at Ravenna taking care of our father was a great relief. Ravenna is a blessing to it's residents and their families.

It’s been a year since grandma passed. This place left a 95 year old woman outside all day in the heat. Failed to respond to her button press for assistance several times during her stay there. She’d have to hold the bathroom in for hours until they assisted. Left her in bed all morning until lunch time so she missed breakfast several times. Failed to provide her with prescriptions needed at certain times. She suffered from heat, pneumonia that day they left her outside. Spent a week in the hospital before being released into hospice at another facility nursing facility and passed away 3 days

My Uncle was at Ravenna for 6 weeks and was very Happy with his care. "The staff were wonderful and food was good." He and my aunt felt like they were treated as family and he had the best possible care. Our experience with

Mom has been at Ravenna for a year and a half. It has become home for her. She is taken care of by competent, caring, and loving staff. Any issues we bring to management's attention are addressed and rectified quickly -- or we are informed as to why things may/cannot not be as expected. I feel confident that she is safe and listened to by both staff and management. We are able to continue working and/or fulfilling our other family responsibilities knowing she is safe and well taken care of.

I moved my mom into Ravenna in May of 2016. It was such a hard decision to place her in assisted living and yet because of the caring staff and support of the owners, it was the best decision for her. The facility is beautiful, well cared for and clean. My mom enjoys the food, the activities and Is so well taken care of by the staff/nurses that I never worry about her. They communicate with me about everything so I never feel disconnected from her care. I can see and feel the love/care my mom receives when I visit her. Ravenna has been a true blessing and I am so grateful my mom can call it home
