I really want to thank you for answering questions for a Lowrance product. Unfortunately my product has a really poor description of functions on the manufacturer's website. I even called Lowrance tech support and the person I talked to seemed clueless. I called here because the dealers in my area were closed and this place being in a different time zone was open. They didn't have to deal with me since I didn't purchase from Rodgers but still spent valuable time with me and that is impressive!!! You answered my questions well. Thank you.

Excellent customer service...
Called to ask if they could assist me with a software upgrade on both my Chart plotter and Garmin Reactor, since I was just down the street and having issues with my Reactor 40.
Marty did that no problem and asked what was issues I was having. Well to make a long story short Tim brought out a wheel barrel with his tools and a new Reactor motor, trouble shot the issue and installed the new motor on the side of the road.
Outstanding Service !!
Glad I bought it there and paid for them to install it initially.

Excellent customer service and they really know their stuff.
Recently we had an electronics issue needed it fixed ASAP, as we run our fishing charter pretty much every day.
The manufacturer could not figure it out, but Marty spent 1.5 hours one the phone talking me through it until we figured out what was broken
Marty refused to give up until he figured it out and my electronics were up and running.
Marty then had Tim fab up an interface panel and drive to Ilwaco and install the part after one of our charters.
The install looks factory and Tim spent a bunch of time making sure everything was

Our first visit to Rodgers Marine was today. Initially, we were impressed that they were sympathetic to our plight and worked to get us an appointment pretty quickly. Our TR1 was not working correctly after a switch to a different trolling motor and Tim assisted us in correcting the problems quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We will definitely return for any future marine electronics needs and highly recommend them. Thank you, Tim!

We have kept our research vessel moored here for nearly 3 1/2 years. Excellent staff, always friendly and willing to help. The covered slips are a treat. The boat is dry and clean any time of the year. Moorage rates are reasonable. We had electronics updates to our boat and this was done quickly and thoroughly using choice parts/pieces. Throughout our time here, we have never had a theft incident probably due to their well placed 24hour video surveillance and night guard. Parking is always available - they keep tabs on who's car comes to make sure some folks don't take advantage. So

Best electronics rigging in the PDX area.
I used this company to rig my 1965 36' ChrisCraft with new batteries/switches, radar, GPS and VHF and they did the work on budget and on time.
I let them know what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend, Marty came up with a plan that worked good for me.
My boat was in the water and could not be trailered and this was one of the few companies that had a dock that they could do the work from. I made an appointment and they completed the work on time.
They walked me through the work they did and I was very pleased with their professionalism.

I went in looking to replace my small Garmin GPS with a bigger Standard Horizon unit that I was more comfortable with. The first question I asked was if I could use my existing Transducer with the CPF390i and was assured YES. After installation, I was told that my existing transducer was NOT compatible which meant hauling the boat out plus the expense of buying a new transducer and the installation. Needless to say I'm not very happy. I went to see the salesman again today and he was obviously not interested in my plight and offered no suggestion as to what I might be able to do to remedy
