Another treatment during this period involves the habit-breaking treatment, maintenance of space with early tooth loss, and correction of crossbites. At Kast Orthodontics we strive to exceed expectations while providing excellent results using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
Usually, 10-13 years old is the typical age that the last baby teeth are lost, allowing the alignment of the permanent teeth. Because this coincides with the pubertal growth spurt, we have a large amount of growth that can be harnessed and redirected. Using the child's rapid jaw growth limits the need for extractions of permanent teeth.
Adult Treatment can be comprehensive or limited to specific issues. The process of tooth movement is identical to the treatment of children with the only limitation being the lack of growth. Some patients need comprehensive treatment and are treated for the first time as adults, where others have revision needs.

Dr. Kast is thruly a great Doctor and he really did make my dream come true. Few doctors in US, or actually in the world have done this kind of intrusion with Tads, most doctors will send you to have a surgery done, he did it with thru the orthodontics procedure. The result is amazing and I am really happy the way it looks now and we still not done. Thank you so much.

Everyone in this office are the kindest people I have ever met. I started going here in May of 2020 and since then I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Kast is very attentive and truly cares about his patients. For the staff, you can tell they care as well because they make sure each patient is comfortable and they treat you like a person instead of another number. If you ever need anything Dr. Kast and the staff will accommodate you to the best of their ability and they always do whatever they can to help you. Extremely professional! I was very impressed with their evaluation and hospitality. Most places offer very good hospitality and Kast is second to none. What impressed me most was their professionalism. They told me that I will have no questions unanswered, and they did! I ask a lot of questions and am very picky as well. Dr. Kast is an excellent gentleman, very approachable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, including technical ones, and was very honest. They did not try sell me anything. He suggested I really don't need some of the procedures recommended by others and explained why

I can neither recommend Dr. Kast and his staff enough nor fully express my gratitude for the genuineness and professionalism they showed me. I was a pretty advanced case and started with Dr. Kast when I was about 8. He worked with me through two sets of braces, headgear, retainers, oral surgeries, you name it, until I was finally done 7 years later. During that time, he was consistently patient, gentle, and incredibly resourceful, always ensuring that the methods he chose truly were the best for me and my parents. Even more impressive than his work is his character.

I've had the opportunity to meet and really get to know Dr. Kast and his staff over the past 3 years. He has such a beautiful office and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Every time I walk in the office, I am treated with a warm friendly response from the ladies at the desk and I have found Dr. Kast to be very patient first driven and is a consummate professional.
