We absolutely love the Broadview Heights location. Dr. Sher and the staff are amazing and so friendly and informative with great communication. We actually look forward to going to our appointments. My son is eight years old and he was very comfortable going to the appointment. My daughter was with them and both of them we’re excited that there is a slushy machine. I received a call the night before our initial visit and it was from the actual doctor. As I listen to his message I question whether or not it was really him, and I Thought maybe it was somebody from the staff. Then he left his cell phone number and told me to give him a call if I had any questions and then he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable for the first appointment.
