Whatever you do do not use this company!!! They are far from professional and never answer the phone or call you back even if you leave numberous messages concerning your child. And more importantly my 4 year old son has been left at school 4 separate times for over 30 mins each time. When I call to confront and fix the situation the woman that picked up the phone, hung up on me and never called back and then never picked up my calls again. Last time we spoke I asked to speak to the owner or whom ever was in charge and they never called me back or fixed the problem. On top of that my son was not

I was scheduled to be picked up at 4pm. At 4:15 they said they'd get me in 6 minutes. At 4:30 they said 7 more minutes. At 4:45 they put me on hold & left me there. I called 3 more times & wen't straight to voicemail. They finally showed up at 5pm. There was food on the seat. The minivan smells foul & needs to be clean. What a nightmare :( I wish there was a Zero stars option

THE WORST AND RUDEST CAR SERVICE PERIOD. These people were hired to drive my grandmother to and from dialysis 3 times a week. She left her phone in the car one day and when we called to ask if we could pick it up, the owner was screaming through the phone telling us that it's not his responsibility and that he doesn't care. We were only asking for a location and time that worked for them so that we can pick it up and he couldn't even provide that. We had three different people call and he was extremely rude. I don't recommend this company AT ALL. Save yourself the trouble.
