I have tried to call 3 times this week, office number, no one answers as you are on hold for 20+- minutes, then forced to VM. So far no return call. The cell phone number I was provided also non responsive, additionally, you can’t leave a VM because their account is not set up. An entire month has passed, still no sign of driver and Vargas is taking zero ownership, they won’t answer the phone. Authorities have been notified.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOW AND TRANSPORT COMPANY! I hired them through a transportation job to transport a car to Florida. They took it and never delivered it. Wouldn't answer the phone, text messages or emails. Finally today the guy answered and said the car was still sitting in a lot in Everett. I had to go get the car and start all over. Very shady, scam like business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
