Services
There is a BIG difference between pressure washing and POWER washing. Pressure washing means no chemical agents are applied or nominal chemicals are used having mold and mildew returning within 2 - 4 months. Our process is LOW pressure only with a chemical retardant that lasts between 1-2 years depending on mother nature.

I contacted Champion about getting my house washed, as well as my driveway and gutters. Chase replied quickly, and said that they were booked through Wednesday of the following week, and we agreed on a time. He contacted me the next day to let me know that someone had rescheduled, and if it was ok, he could stop by within the hour.
Not only did he stop by and give a reasonable estimate on doing the house and driveway, he said my gutters weren't as bad I thought and that he recommended I hold off on doing those for a while. The house and driveway look brand new, and I would highly recommend

Chase performed power washing and cleaned the outside windows. I think I had 60-70 windows. He was very knowledgeable and personable. As he completed each task, he asked me to look and make sure I was satisfied. I had wanted my windows sills and screens cleaned but he told me the reasons why I should not do that! I would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for reasonable prices and excellent work!

First off- I don't live in a mansion but my house isn't tiny either, $100 to me is not close to what a professional with insurance* and knowledge would be worth.
Champion offered a free onsite estimate, took a look around and gave me a fair quote while also providing me with expectations.
Eg: years of hard water stains that might not come off come completely, etc.
Eddie was knowledgeable, upfront, and wanted to make sure I knew exactly

I was very disappointed in the end result. I ended up paying them for the power washing only and cancelling the window washing because they just didn't do a great job. First, they were really late, by several hours. They did not pretreat the areas with chemicals which they claimed they would do and they definitely did not get rid of the algae/mold in multiple areas or treat it all with chemicals to discourage future growth. I own a power washer myself and it's definitely not a commercial grade one like they had, but I know from power washing my stone decking myself that many of the areas

I rarely write reviews but when a company shows up and is this remarkable, they deserve to be recognized. Champion window cleaning was called up with only two days to complete an 8000 square-foot home with 88 windows and a complete power wash of the stucco. Not only did they do a remarkable job but we received two offers on the home after it had been on the market for 2 1/2 years with no offers. Chase and his team polished the home as if they owned it themselves! This is a very reputable company that does amazing work. You cannot go wrong!

Chase got in touch with me within a day of my Yelp message and was here the next day. The results are fantastic and his price very reasonable. He uses soap and water and does it all by hand, He does not use the water fed extension poles that can leave hard water marks and the results are much better. The windows, tracks, and trim are all much cleaner than the results from another company using the water poles. He's a great person too. I highly recommend him.

What a great service Champion Window Cleaning provided. I just purchased a 21 year old home that I would guess has never had the windows and tracks cleaned. Wow. CHAMPION methodically went from window to window and scrapped off old paint, mold, mildew and water stains then squeegeed the exterior and interior glass sparkling clean. For a nominal additional cost, he also cleaned out the funky window tracks. This service was well worth every penny. I can actually see through clear windows instead of cloudy smeared glass with decades of funkiness. As an added bonus, I learned they also repair and rescreen
