They came to clean in our Townhome complex Magnolia Pond . the were supposed to work 3/29/21 through 4/3/21. It was a mother and son team, I have to say , they did a INCREDILBE job, they started early in the mornning and worked until 8;30 PM, they were able to accomplish the job in just three days, the entrance way and drive way look like new, I highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. I am sorry, didn't get the workers name, but they were terrific . i will use them myself in the furture , anytime I need their servce.

Their work is A+...we’ve been using them for years, and I can honestly say, their pricing is fair and they are truly professional! I highly recommend this company...you won’t be disappointed. We’ve been in our home for 16 years and every time they have completed cleaning our concrete, it looks just as new as it did when we first moved in.

We had stains on our concrete driveway from bird droppings that we couldn't get out with our own pressure washer and different cleaning solutions. We decided to call ICU because they had done a great job at a neighbor's house last year. Jai told us to try a certain cleaning method on our own first before scheduling them to come out. It worked immediately!! The stains are gone. We were very impressed with the responsiveness, honesty and helpfulness of this business.

Excellent service and professionalism! They did our fence, roof and house, and all mold/dirt is gone and looks great.
Jai is fantastic - she always gave us a heads up when they were on our way, giving plenty of notice for me to get home and meet the team. She also noticed one of our fence boards was loose and let us know to fix it.
