Waited forever to get my tiffany bracelet repair sent back to me and i finally got it back and it broke the same way it broke before after 3 hours of wearing it, while i was laying down doing nothing. upon further inspection it breaks at any point in the bracelet if you put any type of pressure on it whatsoever. $30 for the worst repair of all time. thanks guys. was so excited to be able to wear it again.
update: i was also gifted a silver chain bracelet from this place about 2 months ago and it just broke today. def never giving this place my money

Two weeks to do nothing besides put a gem in one of the clasps that stood out like a sore thumb. I get that they get darker and dirty but the stones weren't even relatively close. But I gave them 2 stars because they didn't make me pay the $10.

I had a very positive experience with just a few simple repairs today, but when I am ready to buy new, I will be back. Lovely people to work with.

There are a few very important relationships that one should have in their lifetime. A great mechanic, doctor and a jeweler. Charlie is that jeweler that you need to know. He is caring, he listens and he cares for your jewelry as if it was his own. He is a skilled bench jeweler and gemologist. His shop is the perfect size to showcase the best of what is current as well as timeless. Repairs are done on the premises and his return time is very quick. Do yourself a favor and check him out, completely worth it.

I want to say how amazing the employees are here. They go over and beyond for you to get what you want. I came in because my godson was getting baptized on Saturday and I pick out a charm they said it can get here in two days when I ordered it. It was last minute thing. but they called and let me know that it wasnt going to be here on time and they had a charm instock they personalizes it. I was happy with the outcome if the charm. I would definitely recommend going to them, the service is amazing there. Thank you so much for all your help once again.
