Dropped off a watch to have the battery changed. The guy noticed that one of the little hands was broken off, which it has been for over a year and the watch worked fine. He was supposed to call in two days with a price, no phone call. Called a few days later, a lady answered said she was busy and would call back, two more days went by. I love this jewelry store. It is family owned and the entire family works there. It is run by three generations. All the work is done on the premises. They are extremely attentive to your needs. We drove two hours to make a purchase here.

We were looking for a special gift for my daughter, who was turning 16. We visited the store in June - a month before her birthday, and she found a beautiful ring that she loved. Bill wrote down all the information, and a month later, we returned to purchase the ring. It needed to be sized down a half size, and within hours, I received a text from Bill that the ring was ready! We have always had a wonderful experience with the family that owns this lovely store, they’re extremely helpful, accommodating and charismatic. I had an absolutely lovely time engaging with the owners and staff of the Studio while maintaining social distancing of course. They were attentive, caring, and made sure that every piece of jewelry I admired was able to be carefully tried on. Their store has a beautiful open concept and the pieces are laid out in a way that is attractive and definitely eye catching. For the past couple months I have not been able to see my friends and family to celebrate their special events.
